Experience in Requirements Gathering, Automation Assessment and helping
team in creating estimates
Managing Automation Projects
Providing Guidance to team in automating the applications and sharing best
practices
Experience working on Microsoft Technologies – TFS/MTM
Hands on in C# and Scripts writing
Experience in automating win forms/windows based application
Code Reviews
Planning and Estimating automation projects
Sharing best practices with the team around testing processes, metrics and
automation guidelines
Working with offshore teams
Onsite and Offshore liasioning / Conducting Stakeholder's interviews and
discussing and providing solutions to the team's problems
Good Communication Skills
