• Understanding the Architecture and design of SAN infrastructure
• Hands on Experience in HP 3PAR 20K , V400 series and Inserv models
• Experience on HP 3PAR Remote Copy Software suite
• Plan and upgrade HP 3PAR Storage arrays Inserv and Storeserv
• Planning of new SAN component installation
• Plan, Implement and support DR solutions and configuration
• Plan and Implement HP 3PAR Storage Migration
• Experience in SAN directors, Switches Implementation and support
• Experience in Performance analysis and tuning
• Capacity Planning of Storage environment
• Configuration of virtual volumes, Zoning , decommission , commission
activities
• Experience in Virtualization/ESX environment
• Deployment management
• Log file monitoring/analysis
• Should be well versed in Storage Virtualization concepts
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning, Configuration, and
Testing
• Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts through
Scripting/tools
• Incident, Change & Problem management
• Supporting technical tasks/incidents
• Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
