Should possess very strong communication skills. Should have all the
necessary technical skills to design the architecture and guide the team.
Should lead the team and ensure smooth functioning of the work for every
sprint and take the responsibility of the timely delivery of the code.
Should be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and provide
appropriate suggestions. Should be part of the architecture scrum
discussions and quarterly planning/design review meetings.
Participate in every production release and provide support to the business
for the functional checkout of the application.
Should have strong knowledge on design patterns."​
