*Description:*
Infrastructure Project manager is responsible for delivery of IT
Infrastructure elements of business projects.
Responsibilities include:
• Manages the delivery of large integrated solutions involving multiple
stake holders
• Does coordination with cross infrastructure work streams and business
• Determines overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and
staffing requirements for complex integrated IT Infrastructure Solutions.
• Manage agreed scope of project & ensure project meet the quality
requirements.
• Leads the design/ delivery of multi-national/ multi-partner projects.
• Is the key technical contributor for project management methodology and
tools.
• Solves complex, high impact project design, coordination problems
• Coordinate with teams on-site and offshore in different time zones
• Coordinate with third party vendors for deliveries and installs
Experience ( Essential )
• Engineering Degree with 12 + years in IT
• 4+ Years of IT Infrastructure – System Integration Project Management
experience
• IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must
• Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to
identify and meet critical mile stones
• Ability to deliver the project on the budgeted cost and track the budget
• Ability to create the project documents as necessary to detail.
• Proficient in Project management tools & processes
• Commercial orientation
• Process orientation
• Good and effective written and oral communication
• Good people management skill
Experience ( Preferred)
• Experience of working in International business environment
• Previous experience in leading Datacenter Migration projects.
• Previous experience in server and backup refresh
• PMP/PRINCE 2 certification.
