*Must Haves:5+ years experience in testing and production support of VoIP
applicationsSME level knowledge of Tier 4 VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, IPv4
and IPv6, DIAMETER, DNS, H.248, IPSec, TCP-IP, LDAPSME level knowledge of
support of SIP protocols: registering devices, messaging between elements,
SIP message errors, call routing/flowStrong experience and understanding of
IMS networking architectureUnix/Shell Scripting experienceFamiliarity with
Wireshark OR (Exfo, Ixia, or Teketronix Iris)Previous experience with
Nokia, Ericsson, Metaswitch and/or other major vendors' VoIP applications
