* Thorough understanding of WebSphere Commerce architecture. Should be
able to use Management tools effectively.
* B2B experience is preferable.
* Telecom domain is preferable.
* Need to have co-ordination skills manage the offshore members.
* Troubleshoot the issues and develop resolutions
