*Duration: 6 months+*
The manager is looking for an expert in R12.x Oracle EBS and has spent 10
years in hands on development and 5 years as technical lead through design,
development, testing and implementation of projects related to R12.x Oracle
EBS
He has met with several candidates and some of the areas in which he found
them lacking:
1) Either functional and not technical enough
2) in some cases too much of a developer and not enough lead experience
3) In some cases did not find that the person was able to speak to latest
technologies in this area
4) In some cases was not able to speak to the resume even
so he is looking for someone who is abreast of the latest technologies, is
articulate, and for the money he is willing to pay will bring serious
technical expertise. Looking for a balance of developer, lead and strong
articulate person who can guide a team of 25 developers through the process.
Should come across as someone who is strong enough to take technical
decisions without hand holding.
*Responsibilities: *
• Oversee the daily status of the development team and resource
visibility
• Enforce the program development standards
• Provide input or feedback from a technical perspective
regarding requirements and functionality
• Adjust resource loads as necessary to ensure successful
completion of work
• Reviews code, and ensures development adheres to development
and QA standards
• Help architecting small and big solution
• Daily monitoring of critical activities
• Work closely with other Leads for code migration, Integration
or troubleshooting issues
* Requirements:*
• Broad knowledge of core functional areas of the business and accompanying
functional modules of Oracle R12 EBS
• Experience in at least 1 implementations of R12.x Oracle EBS
• Should be strong in EBS Data Model
• Strong on EBS technical foundation
• Must have hands-on Oracle Programming experience especially in API,
PL/SQL , Framework, Workflow
• Require experience in technical knowledge of Oracle Architecture,
Framework, Technology Stack and Oracle RDBMS
• Working knowledge of Oracle Editioning with the 12.2 family products
• Working knowledge of middleware
